The Commission has organised a formal party, the Euroball, on Saturday July 13th. Here is more information if you would like to join the party:
The Euroball Subcommittee is pleased to announce that the Euroball for the Summer 2013 stage will take place on Saturday 13th July from 22.00 – 04.00. The Euroball will take place in the gorgeous venue of La Patinoire, located in the beautiful Bois de La Cambre!
Join us and let's celebrate the end of our Stage together in a big way! Be ready for a fancy evening with live music and a DJ – a formal dress code applies so look out those sharp suits and elegant dresses and make sure and put on your dancing shoes!
The price of a ticket is 40 Euros for AC Holders and 45 Euros for non AC Holders. We have tried to make sure there is more than enough booze to go around, while also keeping the prices affordable. Your ticket therefore includes an open bar for 4 hours (22.00-00.00 is soft drinks as well as beer and wine, from 00.00 – 02.00 is the stronger stuff, drinks such as vodka red bull, whisky cola) and there will also be some finger food available during the night.
Excited already? Want to bring your brother, mother, lover but they aren't a trainee? No problem! To start with (as we have limited space), anyone can buy 2 extra tickets for non-trainee guests they wish to bring. Tickets can be bought from the Stage Committee office (Joseph II-70, 02/174) Tuesdays – Fridays from 6pm-8pm or from any member of the Stage Committee or Euroball subcommittee during the coming weeks. Just shout when you see us! We'll also be in various locations during lunchtimes and after work to sell tickets, details of these locations will follow shortly so keep your eyes peeled and check out the website, newsletter and FB group! If you wish to simply transfer the money to the Stage Committee account, send us an email and we'll pass on our bank details to you! Tickets CAN'T be bought at the entrance so make sure to get yours as soon as possible before they sell out!
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there.

To all stagiaires,
Today Tuesday 25th of June at 13.45pm, we are going to shoot the big scene of the 'United in Adversity' solidarity video. For this scene, we need as many EU stagiaires as possible in front of the ASP entrance of the European Parliament.
Basically, what we will be doing is standing as a group and each holding up a sign with a letter on one side and a flag (hopefully the flag of your country) on the other side. We will flip the signs at some point to reveal the message (which is a message of solidarity and hope).
More explanation on what will happen exactly will be given during a quick rehearsal on location at 13.45pm. The shooting will NOT take long - but it is very important that we have as many trainees as possible there (or other 'young looking' people who are interested). So please SPREAD THE WORD!
The video team
* EPSA's United in Adversity Subcommittee
'United in adversity' is a solidarity project supported by EP trainees. Alarmed by the increasing human cost of the crisis and worried about the direction the EU is heading towards, we are engaged in constructively voicing our disagreement. Our goal is to produce a short video statement, which will evolve around the messages of solidarity towards the crisis ridden citizens and hope for the common European future.
