European Parliament trainees and friends: you are kindly invited to the Citizens' Dialogue Brussels on Saturday, 4 May, 2013.
Citizens' Dialogue - Debate on the future of Europe: let your opinion be heard! The current economic crisis offers a unique opportunity to think about what the European Union stands for. What kind of Europe do we live in and where do we want the European project to take us? What are your rights as a citizen of the European Union? How do we shape Europe’s future?
These are the key questions of the Citizens' Dialogue organised by the European Commission on Saturday, May 4th at La Tentation, 28 rue de Laeken, 1000 Brussels and where we would like to kindly invite you for.
Join the debate on the future of Europe with Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission responsible for Justice, Fundamental rights and Citizenship.
The debate will be introduced by Charles Picqué, Minister-President of the Government of the Brussels Capital Region.
Register Now. Participation is free but registration is required. Register until May 2, 2013.
Where and when?

An invitation to all EP trainees to join Project 668. The Project arose in April 2012 as a spin-off subcommittee for European Commission trainees. Behind it were a group of highly motivated young professionals whose aim it is to build a network of current and former trainees of the EU institutions. They believed and still believe that we can help each other to find job opportunities.
We kindly would like to invite you to join the Project 668 Linkedin group. In this group we share best practices, tips and ideas on how to improve our job hunting skills, as well as actual job vacancies.
We encourage you to engage with us in this group, but also via these mediums:
If you get hooked by this project as much we are and you would feel like becoming a part of it, please get in touch with Annelies Stalpaert.
Any questions? Feel free to send Project 668 an email.
Ladies and gents, footballers of all levels are invited to participate in this stage's Football Championship. It is a well-established tradition of the Commission stage - and Parliament stagiaires can join!
The final day is an extravaganza. Other subcommittees will help us make this a huge party. Free beer anyone? BBQ? Photos? Concert? Yeah!
Three very keen organisers are working behind the scenes. We lobby for sponsors, have team-building getaways, and brainstorming sessions over tea and chocolate (and sometimes beers).
One of these organisers has a master's degree from FIFA. FIFA? Really? Oh yes.
There'll be some shiny, new hardware for the victors. Awesome right?
